If lawn is overgrown, first service will cost $1.50/min/man to get the property up to standard.
Weekly service is required April - June.
WholeLawn Membership Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 5, 2025
1. Service OverviewGreen Machines Lawn Care ("Company," "we," "our") offers the WholeLawn Membership, a monthly lawn care subscription that provides recurring lawn maintenance services for a fixed monthly rate. Your price is locked in for 12 months, ensuring stable pricing during that period. By enrolling in this membership, you ("customer," "you") agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Membership ServicesYour WholeLawn membership includes the following services:
Weekly mowing (April–October)
Spring and fall cleanup
Gutter cleaning (spring and fall)
Snow removal (December–March)
Weeding in landscape beds
3. Membership Pricing & Billing
Membership pricing starts at $120/month for small yards and varies by property size.
Your monthly rate is locked for the first 12 months.
Price adjustments occur as follows:
+ $10 at month 13
+ $10 at month 25
+ $20 at month 37
Billing is automatic and recurring, processed through Stripe each month.
Payments are non-refundable once service has started for the month.
If service is canceled and later restarted, the new pricing in effect at that time will apply.
Late payments will incur a fee of the greater of $10 or 3% of the outstanding balance.
4. Additional Service Plans
Green Machines Lawn Care offers the following add-on service plans, which are billed in addition to the base WholeLawn Membership:
WholeLawn+ Fertilization Plan: +$9.95/mo (Spring, summer, and fall fertilization.)
WholeLawn Premium (Fertilization & Weed Control): +$15/mo Fertilization (Spring, Summer, Fall). Pre-emergent & broadleaf weed control.
WholeLawn Elite (Fertilization, Weed Control, Aeration & Overseeding): +$30/mo. Includes all fertilization & weed control from WholeLawn Premium. Fall aeration & overseeding to thicken turf.
If membership is canceled before 12 months, past services from these plans will be retroactively billed at standard non-membership rates.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Customers may cancel at any time. However, if you cancel before two full months of service, you will not qualify for the $50 Amazon Gift Card offer.
If you cancel before 12 months, your past services will be retroactively billed at the standard rate rather than the discounted membership price.
Payments are non-refundable, and services are not prorated.
If service is interrupted or rescheduled due to weather conditions, refunds will not be issued.
6. Service Address Changes
Customers must notify Green Machines Lawn Care in advance if they are changing their service address.
Service continuation at a new address is subject to:
Service availability in the new location.
Potential price adjustments based on the new property size and layout.
If the service is unavailable at the new location, membership may be canceled, and retroactive billing to standard rates may apply if canceled before 12 months.
Customers moving to a non-serviceable address (such as an apartment or out-of-area location) may request an early termination exception at the company’s discretion.
If you move within our service area, we will transfer your membership to your new address at the same pricing tier.
If your new property is in a different pricing tier, the appropriate rate for that property will apply.
7. Gift Card Terms
New customers who sign up for WholeLawn Membership between 3/5/2025 and 10/31/2025 are eligible for a $50 Amazon Gift Card.
To receive the gift card, the customer must:
Remain enrolled in WholeLawn Membership for at least two full months.
Have successfully paid for two full months of service.
The gift card will be sent via email within four weeks of meeting these requirements.
If membership is canceled before 12 months, the $50 gift card amount will be charged back to the customer.
Limit one gift card per household.
8. Taxes & Additional Fees
Applicable sales tax will be added to your monthly membership fee, where required by law.
Customers are responsible for any local or state taxes associated with lawn care services.
